“I was definitely hesitant to try living foods at first, I was worried that I'd have to sacrifice flavor, feeling "full" and a lot of money in order to be able to eat a healthier diet, but at first bite I was so impressed with how /good/ everything tasted! The texture, the flavor, all of it. I was also surprised by how full I did feel, without the weighed down feeling of eating fattier, heavier foods. I didn't feel as tired, I was more regular and I had more energy throughout the day, especially by eating living foods for breakfast. There is a great deal of variety in each of the foods.”
