From the ME Turnpike (north or south): (about 10 minutes)
Take the Auburn Exit, exit 75.
At the stop light, take a left onto Washington Ave/Rt 202/Rt 4/Rt. This will be a divided highway for several miles, then it joins, as it enters the city of Auburn.

Continue through several stop lights, past Denny's on your right. Continue on Rt. 4 North.

CALM HealthWorks is located in a strip mall behind Sam's Pizza/Sandwich Shoppe which will be on your right. Sam's is directly across from Play It Again Sports.

CALM is approximately 8-10 minutes from the ME Turnpike.
