Description of Services:
Mary, along with CALM HealthWorks specializes in balancing your diet, your ways of living and thinking. Life can not be lived happily or in good health when it is not Balanced.
We provide educational awareness to the effects of specific patterns relative to eating, living and thinking that may be profoundly impacting the quality of health. The affects of excess acid-producing foods, ie. poor lifestyle habits may lead to disease and the degeneration of the body.
Viewing live and dry blood gives a true picture of how the fluids of the body are affecting cellular activity. Let the journey begin into real health care where the objective is not treatment or cure or symptom suppression – but health care that imparts the knowledge of how to be healthy…being proactive, not reactive; looking at the cause, not the symptom.
What can be observed?
- Relative level of acidity in the body fluid and the effects these acids have on the body
- Relative activity of the immune system and condition of the Red Blood Cells
- General organ "stress"
- Presence of parasites, bacteria, yeast, fungus, and mold
- Blood sugar imbalances
- Mal-absorption of fat, proteins and other nutrients
- Crystalline forms of morbid matter, acids, cholesterol, and mycotoxins
- Degenerative stress and gastrointestinal tract dysfunction
“For what it's worth, the most fascinating part of it all for me was the bit about the positive and negative charge our red blood cells take on depending on the Ph of the blood. With an overly acidic or yin composition they take on a negative charge and are magnetically drawn together and clump-up with each other. Not a very efficient way to disperse oxygen through they system. Better they should have a slightly positive charge and are slightly repelling each other so that they completely diffuse throughout the bloodstream filling every possible micro-millimeter of blood volume.
At least that's the understanding I came away with. I hope it's accurate, because it sure is fascinating! And I would think it would especially be to athletes who need the most efficient oxygen delivery setup they can get. To that end I've no been putting a little apple cider vinegar into my water bottle that I take with me into the gym and pool.
You just tell 'em Mary: You got to remain positive, right down to the make up of your blood!”

Sue Champagne
Emotional Freedom Technique®, EFT, is a powerful new discovery that combines two well established sciences:
the mind/body connection and acupuncture.EFT is a branch of Energy Therapy that works with the meridian system to relieve psychological stress and physiological pain. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture, except needles aren’t necessary. Instead, you stimulate traditional Chinese acupressure points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips, while you focus on an issue you wish to resolve. This tapping procedure balances the energy system, and by restoring this balance, you allow the body and the mind to resume their natural healing abilities. EFT is safe, easy to apply, and non-invasive.
The benefits of EFT:
- Relief from unwanted negative emotions and pain.
- Relief from stress and anxiety.
- Eliminates food or cigarette cravings
- Clarity of thinking.
- Positive attitude
- EFT is a powerful tool for releasing negative emotions and pain, gently and quickly.
- It works for emotional problems such as: fears, phobias, anxiety, depression, traumas, addictions, many physical symptoms, and much more.
- EFT is an excellent method for overcoming emotional blocks to success.
- Once you learn it, you can use it anytime to empower yourself!
- Emotional Relief Brings Physical & Emotional Health!
